The Process
The phases and process of how to get your very own bespoke darts made….
Phase 1:
Send us a simple sketch/drawing, photo shopped image, use our barrel builder of the darts you would like made or an image of a barrel that you require replicating.
Indicate the length, diameter, weight and grip pattern, where the grip is located on the barrel.

Phase 2:
We will review the details and where required ask for more information, once all the details are ironed out we will confirm the costs and lead time to make your darts.
Phase 2A:
If required we will recommend using our CAD/3D modelling service to ensure your design will achieve the desired weight and/or balance point as some designs push the limits of what is physically possible.
Phase 3:
Place your order through the website or we can send an invoice to complete payment, please just ask. (More detail below).
Phase 4:
Grab a beer, sit back and chill out while we get to work on your darts (as quickly as possible).
If you wish to change any aspect of your darts design prior to manufacture just drop us an e-mail and we will endeavour to accommodate your amendments.
Phase 3 (expanded version):- Create an account.
- Add the items to your cart that we detailed on your quote, including optional grips, points, coatings etc. and where required add a brief description so that we are able to match your order with your design.
- Follow the instructions through the checkout and complete with payment. (PayPal, Debit or Credit Card).
- Forward your latest design to info@custommadedarts.com and add a reference to your order number.
- If we are copying your dart and you need to send it to us, please follow the instructions listed on your order confirmation.
